Insert size code and description
Save setting
Go to Item > Colour
Insert colour code , Description and select colour
Save setting
Go to Item > Matrix template
Insert template code and description
Select colour and size
Save setting
Go to Home > Item Master and create a item for matrix item
Select Matrix Item in item type
Save
